A group of artists from the famous art troupe Kalinka (Russia) has come to Vietnam and they will have one show on May 30 at the Russian Scientific and Cultural Centre, 501 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi
The show will close the “Slavs Script and Culture Days” programme in Vietnam Kalinka will perform unique folk dances of Russia, through the support of music, costumes and body language.
Vietnamese audiences will have a chance to experience different feelings and understand more about Russian folk dances.
Kalinka troupe was set up in 1970, gathering over 300 children who loved music and dance. Kalinka has travelled to 42 countries around the world.
At the upcoming Festival Hue 2008, Kalinka will participate with traditional and modern dances like Kazachock, Matrioshka, Lozkary, and Chorovod.
