“Britain-Vietnam spirit link” photo contest launched
The British Embassy in
Vietnam
has launched a contest telling stories through photos called “Britain-Vietnam spirit link” to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Britain diplomatic ties.
Photos can be of the environment, culture, education and sports. Contestants are individuals and groups of people living in
Vietnam
or Britain. Each contestant should send at least five digital photos with comments.
The first prize winner will be given a laptop and the second and third prize winners, a digital camera.
Entries are to be sent to Vietnamese@bbc.co.uk from now until August 22.
All entries will be exhibited at the British Embassy in
Hanoi
the British Consulate in
Ho chi minh city
and British Council in September. They are to be introduced on bbc.co.uk in the Vietnamese version until the end of August.
